About Us
Leigh Hoyt, Cal Siegfried and Scott Carlin grew up in southwest Nebraska eating the finest beef anywhere; beef their families raised. With it becoming more and more difficult to find that “just right” cut of high quality beef in the grocery store, Leigh, Cal and Scott have grown to really appreciate the beef they enjoyed while growing up. That appreciation for a high quality, custom processed cut of beef is what prompted them to start Willow Creek Meats.
