Processing Fee - .56$ per pound (Based on Dressed Weight)
This includes basic cutting and wrapping of beef.
 
Offal Disposal Fee - $15 per carcass
 
Elective Fees-
 
Tenderized Round Steak - $5 per 1/2 beef
Boneless Steaks - $15 per 1/2 beef (Top Sirloin, Tri-Tips, New York Strips & Fillets)
Spliting of Beef - $10 per split (Split 1/2's - 3 way splits etc.)
Patties - 45$ per lb. (Based on weight of ground beef being pattied)
Dried Beef - .56$
 
 
 
Pork Processing -
 
Harvesting Fee - $40
 
Processing Fee - .56$ per pound (Based on Dressed Weight)
This includes basic cutting and wrapping of Hog.
 
Curing - .56$ per lb. (Based on weight of meat being cured) 
Includes smoking of meat.
 
Cutlets - $8.50 on each fresh ham.
 
Offal Disposal Fee - $5 per carcass.
